Shipping Policy

Shipping

Shipping is not included in your purchase. You will be able to select the carrier and carrier service of your choice before checkout and the corresponding cost will be added to your total.

Orders are received and processed on a daily basis during our normal work week of Monday – Friday. FOB observes weekends and national holidays, so orders will not be shipped out during those days. The timing of your order shipping depends on the time the order was submitted and, except under unusual circumstances, you can expect the following:

  • Orders placed before 8:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
  • Orders placed between 8:00 pm and 11:59 pm EST will be processed and shipped out within the next 2 business days.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must return all FOBs and the clearance tester, even if some are damaged. Returns are not eligible for refund if more than four of the 12 FOBs are broken or visibly damaged. We accept returns or exchanges in the case of defective items, or orders of the wrong size.

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you are shipping a package with a value of over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning an order. For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs of sending out the replacement product unless the product was defective. In the case of exchanging a defective product, we will cover shipping both ways.

The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

 

Prior to returning an item:

Please contact us at 864-940-1914 or customerservice@fobarchery.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). We are available by phone Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm unless with another customer.

 

Please include your RMA# on the outside of your repackaged item and mail to:

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a notification that we have received your returned item as well as an approval or rejection regarding your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and credited back to original method of payment.
