SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is not included in your purchase unless it is part of an ongoing promotion. You will be able to select the carrier and carrier service of your choice before checkout and the corresponding cost will be added to your total.
FOB Archery observes weekends and national holidays, so orders will not be shipped out during those days. Orders will usually be sent out within 1-2 business days.
RETURN POLICY
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must return all FOBs and the clearance tester, even if some are damaged. Returns are not eligible for refund if more than one of the 12 FOBs are broken or visibly damaged. We accept returns or exchanges in the case of defective items, or orders of the wrong size. For those who are exchanging due to ordering the wrong size, shipping will have to be paid again for the shipping of the correct size.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a return package that contains a value of over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning an order. For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs of sending out the replacement product unless the product was defective. In the case of exchanging a defective product, we will cover shipping both ways.
The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will either refund you and you will receive an email confirmation of this refund, or you will be notified by phone or email that your refund was not approved. Refunds take between 5-7 business days to process from it was initiated.
Benefits to shooting FOBS
There are tons of benefits to FOBs, but here are the main one we hear about from our loyal customerbase:
1. Ease of install: If you do not enjoy fletching arrows and dealing with glue and jigs, all you have to do is Switch to FOBs. FOBs literally install in seconds and allow you to spend more time on perfecting you craft and not attempting to perfect your gear.
2. More aerodynamic: If you look at the photos below, you will see how the design of FOBs make them more aerodynamic. The design of FOBs makes them less resistant to crosswinds allowing for a more stable flight path.
3.The FOBs "pop off" feature allows you to have no interference with the pass through on an animal (can be a game changer when shooting through shoulder blades), and it give you a guaranteed marking for the placement of the shot.
4. Durability: With FOBs you will not have to worry about them getting bent in travel or while getting up a tree as they are made out of durable materials. And in the worst-case scenario, if a FOB does break just pop a new one on in a few seconds and get back to shooting.
